
OVERVIEW
To add a new evaluation report to the database, you will be taken through the following four step process:
STEP 1: ENTER EVALUATION REPORT INFORMATION
First, provide some information about the evaluation report you are submitting. This is where you will enter the report's author, the institution and project under review, etc.
You are responsible for obtaining the approval of the institution under review, if applicable, before submitting the evaluation.
STEP 2: UPLOAD EVALUATION REPORT DOCUMENT
This is where you will upload the evaluation report itself in electronic format. The system accepts PDFs or Microsoft Word documents, but PDFs (<3MB) are preferred.
When you check the appropriate approval box you acknowledge that you accept responsibility for the contents of the document, and give your approval as an evaluator or organizational representative for the report to appear on informalscience.org.
STEP 3: CONFIRM EVALUATION REPORT INFORMATION
You will check to be sure the data you entered and the PDF or Microsoft Word document you uploaded are correct and complete.
STEP 4: CONFIRMATION
You will see a message confirming that your evaluation report has been sent to the moderator for approval and addition to the
database.
